2018 Tours

Places in each tour will be on a ‘first in is in the tour’ as for last year. So send your forms and payment asap. Last year seats were taken at a fast pace. I have included an extra day of the Lower Clarence Foodies our. This was the most popular last year but has a limit of only 24 people as the three venue sites are small.

There are quite a few more tours than last year so that those of you who are doubling up will have some great options for tours.

All tour descriptions can be found under the 2018 Tours menu above, or by clicking on the tour name below.

On the form you will find some of the tours are in different colours. This is because they require you to make a lunch choice, the price of which is included in the tour price. So if you are choosing the River cruises, shaded in blue, then the lunch options are also in blue.

You need to place the number beside your choice of a meal in the appropriate column. Under the drink columns there are some that are not shaded out. This means that we will be supplying you with morning tea, and it includes a cold drink, so this time you need to put the letter indicating your choice of drink. If there is an unshaded box under the drink or meal column for the tour of your choice, please indicate your meal or drink.

The minimum for a tour to proceed is 15, except for the Cheesemaking and Wine Tasting tour where I am happy to hire an eleven seater. However, I do need to have sufficient for the cheesemaking course to be able to go ahead. The maximum for each cheesemaking course is 12. If we have 24 then at the rally I will have to see you re which course you wish to attend.
